Was declined to take rent-a-car

Recently got declined by rent-a-car.

Traveling to Jeddah and Riyadh monthy, almost everytime taking car from Yelo and very satisfied with their service.

This time forgot to do prior booking and decided to take car from other local companies at Jeddah Airport.

This two rent-a-cars are not taking deposits, and tried to registered me in transport authority however said that my profile is "blocked", but they do not know the reason.

I have UAE B License. How can I check if my profile is actually blocked in transport authority?
