Difference in name spelling

Hello All,

There is a mistake in my name spelling in the visa stamped on my passport also the same appears on my Iqama which is not matching my name spelling in the passport. If I change my name spelling in the iqama, will it be a problem as my name spelling on the visa (stamped on passport) will remain the same considering I am also planning to bring family on permanent visa after changing the profession in my iqama to engineer (my degree is already attested from Saudi embassy).
