What are the possible reasons of extending the IPA for 2 months? As per checking in MOM website, extension of IPA is only until 1 month.

If you are asking why your IPA was extended by two months instead of one: Ask MoM, not us!
If you have an un-expired IPA and want to extend it: Your employer can apply for it at MoM, bu needs togive valid reasons for it. The usual extension is one month (and it can be extended again by another month), but it is worth explaining the circumstances that make a two months extension necessary.
