QIWA Problem, MOI Updated but QIWA, MOL not updated

Hi, is there anyone having an experience an error in QIWA.

What I am suffering right now is this:

"I found a new company and I successfully transferred to that company. I approved, my previous company approved, and my new employer approved as well and I receieved my new IQAMA with my new employer. My MOI is updated" Prior to that I have an application to another company, and they are willing to hired me, but they have a problem in nitaqat system. I told them that I am already transfer but they tried to request in QIWA and I didn't do anything because I told them that I am working already with my new company. The request was cancelled in automatically after 14 days. When my new company want to register me in GOSI they cannot be able to do so because they are waiting from MOL the updated details but 1 month is already pass there is nothing happen. When I call MOL they told me that they cannot see my successful transfer details and what they see is the request of another company that I never accept. Right now, I don't what to do because I don't know who can help me now. Please help someone if someone experienced what I am facing right now. Thank you in advanced guys.
