Investing in morocco

Je suis  Ahmed du sud est Maroc , je  possède un terrain d'environ 2000 m2  situé au cœur du parc national du haut atlas oriental  , Entre deux routes goudronnées altitude 1500m

Bref,  je cherche un associé ou un acheteur du terrain  qui est titré : moitié pour potager et le reste pour construire une grande maison ou villa , une très bonne place pour un hôtel ou auberge puisque la zone est touristique , pourtant  il y a un manque d'infrastructures  touristiques  sachant que la zone est connue par  sa diversité : faune et flore exceptionnelles ainsi que la culture est très riche

I am Ahmed from south east  of Morocco, I own a land  about 2000 m2 located in the heart of the national park of the eastern high atlas, Between two  roads altitude 1500m.

In fact, I am looking for a partner or a buyer  ,  half for a vegetable garden..etc  and the rest  will be enough to build a large  guest house or simple villa ,  its a  very good place for a hostel   , because the area is touristic, there is a lack in   tourist infrastructures .  the area is known for its diversity: exceptional fauna and flora as well as the culture are interssant
