what i can see is that for the past month, the immigration office decision time has been improved. it only takes 30 days from the work permit to get the single permit.

Annex 46: did not get it they asked for additional document, an apostile to my criminal record. (14 october)
Who has similiar experience? I am really worried!

@faracha29 The criminal record needs to be with an apostille from the beginning of the process, your employer should have mention it.
Anyways I think it won't take time to process it again, but you need to legalize your CR in Ministry of Foreign Affairs and then in TLS contact (Apostille).
@Frahmouni To do it in TLS it will already take two weeks. right? the nearest appointement is in 22 of october.
The question is can I still use my old CR ? (issued in 6th of July)
And once I will send the document with legalisation how long would I wait for another? month?

@faracha29 Once you submit the necessary documents, it shouldn't take a long time (probably around a week). But do submit the apostile of the criminal certificate ASAP.
@Kyaw_Swa Go to the local prefecture in France with documents showing that you have the work permit approved and request a 60 day extension.

Looking at the pattern, I think priority at immigration Department(final approval annex 46) is based on initial application date. On average seeing 90 days in total. Does anyone know?
@Asterix_007 yes, actually I think when the WP approval takes more than 4 weeks (8 weeks for many cases) they reduce the processing time of annex 46
