Single Permit Processing in 2022
@bhagwanbsr
Congratulations
I have a question by the way.
How did you know that your WP has been approved. Did you get notify via email or were you informed via HR?
@Moazzam Tahir
authorities does not connect with employees.
Email for both WP and SP approvals are sent to employer only.
@bhagwanbsr that's not exactly correct. If the single permit applicant put down a foreign address on their application, the single permit response (annex 46/47) will be sent to both the employer and the applicant's address abroad. It really depends on the case.

I have two questions. 1) I have an appointment in the TLS centre in December/January; is it okay to apply with WP and without annexe 46? 2) Due to my start date in WP being 1.12, can the employer extend the start date with Bruxelles Economie et Emploi?
Warmly
@AA21 AFAIK, The employer can always extend joining date depending on issue of annex 46.

I can see that Flanders and Brussels are already issuing RPs to applicants who got their WPs in October, and this leaves me wondering about the order of priority at the Immigration Office (I have applied as a highly qualified worked)

@Newbie mom
Not just you. I check my mail every hour. I don't even know what to do again.
I am just curious if there is anything else they are looking for again, especially for some of us who live here and have details of our previous years with them, or is it just a norm that they must wait for 3 to 4 months? Several questions just crossed my mind without an answer.
Please let me know if you have any responses.
@VICTOR chosg I have a question please, even if you already live in Belgium and wanted to change employer you still need to wait for the new single permit to start working with the new employer? You can't just start with the WP?
