Eclectic lineup: Bands to watch
The lineup for this edition: UnMind, Plutot Creve, Revolt, Anticlock Wise, and Viscera Trail.
Keep an eye out for UnMind, a Mauritian post-grunge band formed in 2006, known for their boundless energy and dynamic stage presence. Drawing inspiration from iconic bands like Nirvana and Foo Fighters, they're making waves in the regional scene.
Hailing from Reunion Island, Plutot Creve delivers unabashed rock 'n' roll, blending crust, hardcore, and punk rock influences. Their anarchistic and sardonic lyrics promise an impactful performance.
Mauritian metal trio Revolt infuses local elements into their music. Their 2022 release, "Chapters of Resistance," is set to shake up festival-goers.
Montpellier's punk band, Anticlock Wise, adds a French touch with their punk-hardcore sound reminiscent of the early 80s English era.
Adding an exotic flair is Viscera Trail, a brutal death metal band from Israel, humorously claiming to be the wildest band in the Holy Land, delivering a blend of humor and brutal death metal.
In addition to live acts, DJ Slip, originally from Reunion Island, will keep the night's energy alive.
