I am currently outside of Singapore, and I have just submitted DP application for my husband upon my EP approval. After his DP is approved, can DP request to enter Singapore before EP?

What does the DP papers say?
To my knowledge, a DP is a valid entry visa and does not need to be accompanied by the assiciated EP holder, but you better check this!
