Permenant family visa through eitmad.

My visit visa is expiring this nov and i have to travel back. Due to corona , everything is very uncertain. I have heard that the yellow slip for permamnent family visa is being allocated here immediately but its not showing on MOFA website and therefore, procedures cant start from pakistan. Anyone with any information regarding this, since i want to leave only after i know some timeline for my return on permanent visa.
