i want to cancel family visit visa as one of my colleges was helping me filling the form for visit visa ,he chose multiple for 730 days. which has been been approved and now i want to cancel and issue new visa for 90 days. please guide me how to do this. i tried filling the form again but it gives me a message visa already issued with application number.

New application is not solution, I tried with and got error message.
Please describe how to Cancel approved visit visa.

I have applied new visa request and system allowed me to do it even earlier request was already their and COC done for it

Just checked today and found that new visa application  is showing status as 'duplicate request'

i got my family visit visa from ksa,but i enter worong passport number of my wife.now how can i canccel visa and re apply visa

I understand from other forum that i have to visit Jawazat to cancel first visit visa document and then request for new one as COC was already done and Visa number was already issued so i decided do go with the older one only..

No need to cancel old visa, just apply for fresh visa with minor change in purpose of visit column

Before I got visa of 90 days now I request for 30 days. Will it help if the previous one is still not cancelled?

Apply for new visa with fresh application but make sure in visit purpose column mention your old visa which has been issued and write a note like : edit visa no : xxxxxxx or cancel and issue new visa.

my son passport number is wrong in issued visa documents fro  Riyadh MOFA online.

i applied for new with out comments and the 2nd one also COC stamped/payed
the final approval is pending since 22 December 2019.

Do we need to write in Arabic or English is enough?

Dear brothers as per the Advice from brother Mub200606 I did same edit visa no xxxxxx in the visit purpose.. and Alhumdulillah it worked They issued me New VISA.

How much time does it take to get the new edited visa after submitting the application

for me its took 3 days

Within 3 to 4 working days after COC.

I had applied initially for my mother in laws visa which got accepted in 3 days.But the mistake I made was that in relationship I have written wife's mother instead of husband's mother. As per your suggestions I even made a fresh application by writing edit visa...... in purpose of visit column. It's been a week...my new application is still not accepted.... please help with suggestions
I work in ministry of health. Here we take the visit request form with hospital stamps and signs and post the application to MOFA with Passport and iqama photocopies via Saudi post....  my first request got accepted quickly in 3 days.... but second application is still pending since a week

Wait for few more days, may be they give the postivie result, In'Sha'Allah.
