My sponsor holding my passport and when I searched for this issue, I came to know that holding a passport by employer is illegal, i want to get it back, where and how can i file a case against him about my passport issue.

What is the name of Department where i have to file a Case.

There is no title case only one you can choose in the website and then you will have a space to explain what is going on
