Hey there!

I hope everyone is doing great.

My sponsor holding my passport and when I searched for this issue, I came to know that holding a passport by employer is illegal, i want to get it back, where and how can i file a case against him about my passport issue.

What is the name of Case
What is the name of Department where i have to file a Case.

Yes as you say it's illegal..

Call this number 19911 or visit this website

There is no title case only one you can choose in the website and then you will have a space to explain what is going on

Soo sorry I couldn't find it in English and also you can login with your ID number your iqama
