I want to know that if a person enters dubai on work visa and his passport is not stickerd with visa no medical is done, will he still able to leave the dubai if his employer allows ?

The person is illegal worker and for sure he/she will be subjected for series of interrogation at the airport immigration. Worst, is deportation after serving jail terms.
