I am a Ghanaian who is interested in working in Singapore. My passport allows a entry of 30 days in Singapore. Pls I want to know if it's possible to get a company (employer) to help me get working within that 30 days in Singapore?

Since processing times for a work visa are up to 1 - 2 months or longer, it is unlikely that you will get one within your 30 days stay.
And if you first have to search and apply for jobs, attend interviews and get hired (which in itself can take many weeks or even months),, it is definitely impossible.
