I just had my acro subject access report back. I have one criminal record from 12 Years ago. It was a suspended sentence but shows up. Will this effect my marriage to my morrocan partner I am a British female citizen. We are due to marry in Morocco. Any advice would be much appreciated. Criminal record

Which one asked for , do you know if it's the basic or standard or enhanced version of the police check needed it's same acro or not please help me , for you if just indictment , is OK if not charge fixed
