I'm currently on vacation when my visa expired and not able to returned to KSA..I already extend my visa last August but again it's expired now..can Jawazat office will give me another extension the second time? And my eqama will about to expired by October..can i come back to KSA after eqama expiry..

No you can't come back after Iqama expiry. And re-entry renewal when outside the Kingdom is not easy and very difficult if you are renewing a second time. Ask your sponsor to help.
