I applied for a student pass to study in NTU and it starts on 15th July. My question is that can I come to Singapore on 13th July using IPA letter?

If that is within the IPA validity (check what is written on the IPA letter), then why not?

Ok. Yes, IPA says that it's valid till 5 September. Thanks. I was just worried that I can only go after the start date of the student pass.
