1) I am planning to bring my wife on visit visa with me and is it possible to change that to dependent visa

If so what is timeline that once I enter in Bahrain can get CPR nowadays and after that apply for dependent visa for my family

2) in case of multiple entry e-visit visa extension is possible in Bahrain itself?

3) in case of multiple entry visit visa can family member members (parent ) re enter within 2 days or week max ?

1) Yes it is possible provided you apply with 7 working days left to visa expiry.  The timeline for the process depends on your company HR and PRO.  It can be done within a week to months depending on company
2) Yes.  By going to NPRA
3) Yes

Embassy will not make any complications
