Contract ends but parents and my visa with company

My contract ended with company but just 4 days before i received my parents visa ,Although i have applied 3 months before.
Now if my parents will come on that company visa and stay will it be a legal issue???
I am searching for new company though and have applied for NOC from previous company but still it might take 2 months minimum and my contract finishing on 31st march.
Anyone has face such situation pls guide me.

Hi monikasoni86,

If your parents are issued with a family visit visa then there will be no issues, since it is short term only.

If your parents are issued with a family joining visa, then there will be issues since you are no longer employed and so your employer might not be willing to remain as their sponsor.
