Unpaid loan and police clearance certificate from Saudi Arabia

Hello everyone,
I left Saudi Arabia in 2012 and I had pending loan instalments.I currently require a police clearance certificate from Saudi.will they issue that?or Will I have any problems?
If anyone knows please reply

Translated - You ran away with paying your debt - stealing

What you're really asking is, will you get away with theft.

I'm sure local posters will offer suggestions as to the likely outcome.

1) In all probability, your loan has been passed onto execution courts so that means you might have a ban on you
2) In this situation, you will not get a police clearance.  Besides, police clearance from Saudi is a massively complicated process anyway even if you are here.  Getting it from outside is a nightmare

why actually you need to do clearance in saudi while you are in your country . i mean you can still do it in your own country

He's probably trying to immigrate or get a visa to somewhere..... And they ask for police clearance from every place that you have lived in.... Anywhere from the last 3 to 10 years depending on which country it is for.
