Writer looking for expat freelancers to interview for book

I’m an American writer--an expat living in Buenos Aires (here are some of the stories I’ve written)--and I am currently working on a economics/sociology book about Americans with portable skills (freelance workers such as writers, editors, graphic designers, computer programmers, etc., largely those who work via internet for clients in the U.S.) who’ve moved abroad in order to leverage the disparity between American pay and the low cost of living in countries such as Argentina, Brasil, Mexico, Thailand, Philippines, etc. Think of a pop economics/sociology book like David Brooks's Bobos in Paradise, except more like Expats in Paradise.

I am looking for any help I can find tracking down people like this. I am specifically looking for people who are working overseas, more or less full time--not retirees, students, wanderers, etc.--who have emigrated from the United States to live a more humane life. These are freelancers who are abroad, if only for a few years or a few months each year, in order to leverage the economic advantages of the money they make from U.S. clients (usually through business conducted over the web) and live a less frenetic, work-obsessed, life in a place that is both less expensive and culturally different from the U.S. A kind of new emmigrant who is "outsourcing" him/herself.
