Hi and welcome to the Forum.

The first thing you need to do is get your overseas nursing qualifications recognised in Ireland by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI); this link will take you to there website that explains the whole process.  You will have to take an English exam before you will be registered.

Nursing is in the group of Highly Skilled workers group that is published by the Irish Government; so it should be quite easy for you to find work once your registration has been accepted and published.
