"Foreigner" depends on your location. In my country, you are the foreigner. In your country I am the foreigner. In a 3rd party country we are both foreigners. Tell us where you are and a little about yourself.

You are so correct. Let's know where he is and what he is up to.
In the same spirit i would humbly request he should be precise with his message. For example I for one is in Dubai and i am a foreigner here. Hope he will find this example useful.
