Mahboula teacher accommodation

Hello to you all. I'm Rania. Will be arriving in Kuwait in a couple of days.

I wanted to know if there are any teachers on this forum residing at Mahboula. I would like more information regarding the "apartment/studio". The area in general. Is it cordoned off like a compound or is it a suburb with many buildings having apartments?

Pardon me for asking what may sound as a silly question.

Any info would be highly appreciated.

I am sure there are a ton of teachers residing in Mahboula as it is packed with high rise buildings. There are a few compounds, but in general is is a crowded neighbourhood. Check it on google maps and you will get the idea.

Wanted some more insightful information from teachers who have and are currently living there.

Do the buildings have Wi-Fi, what do the apartments look like on the inside.....

Few people I knew lived in the area and they did have internet access included with the rent, and the places were decent, but then again, it all depends on the particular building and there are a lot of them.
