Concern about taking up employment

I am 7 years experience engineer selected in Gas Yanbu (SABIC) but through contract hire Dar Al Riyadh.
My visa processing is under progress will be landing in saudi by september end
I surfed here about the life in saudi and job with contract hire, Few say no problems to work one/two say its not good.
I am concerned now. The pay is 11K SAR (Basic 8K), with family status. (2 yrs renewable contract)
Few Queries
1. Is the company DAR good (Timely salaries and responsibility towards employees)
2. Will they help in getting my family after the iqama (Administative help)
3. Will the treatment be same as direct hire at work
4. Do i get a good and safe accomodation in yanbu for 1500 SAR per month (Family Accomdation)
5. How will the annual increments be
6. Will there be problems for job change later

Find below the answers :

1. Is the company DAR good (Timely salaries and responsibility towards employees)
       DAR - AL RIYADH well known consulting firm in Saudi.
2. Will they help in getting my family after the iqama (Administative help)
       This should be mentioned in your contract whether your contract type is ( single - family)
3. Will the treatment be same as direct hire at work
       Medical insurance is a must for all employees inside Saudi Arabia.
4. Do i get a good and safe accomodation in yanbu for 1500 SAR per month (Family Accomdation)
       Try to search for the monthly rental basis because I'd never been in Yanbu
5. How will the annual increments be
        It should be mentioned in your contract
6. Will there be problems for job change later.
       It's so far to think for changing your job, kindly accept this advice, concentrate in this opportunity, do your best and leave the rest to ALLA almighty, he will guide you for the goodness always

Thank you boss

The visa is family visa and they are giving medical cover to self and family but wife should stay min 5 months in saudi to avail the medical insurance for that year
The treattment i meant was the behavior. Will there be diffrence between direct staff and contract paroll in SABIC
There was no mention of about increments, The salary structure, leaves and OT details were given
