Bonjour! I'm an American living in Paris. I'm 27 from New York City. I've been in France for 3.5 months. This is such a great adventure! At the very least living the ex-pat life is a huge learning experience. I work as an english teacher in a high school in the suburbs of paris and I also work in a government office position.

I hope you enjoy life in Paris! I wish I'll live in NY one day (that's a very old dream, actually since I spent one day there when I was 15 ... I am 27 now too)

Do you speak a good French or are you in Paris to improve it?

We all think here life abroad is an important learning experience, I would say it "opens your mind"!
