I want to download EB on my new device but I forget my password.
I get an email from EB to change my password, I redirected to my profile to change it.
But I can't because I forgot it.
What to do?

Firstly, there is no need to download Expat.com on your mobile because expat.com is a website reachable on any device, and we hope, optimized for all. (And not an application)

To visit Expat.com on your device (phone, tablet or other) you just need a browser.

About your password, I see that you can reply to this topic so you're still logged in and so, if you don't remember your password, your browser knows it!

Go to your browser privacy and search for "saved password" may be in tools, options, settings or something like that.

If you can't find it, contact me by PM, I have another solution.

Note that if you open the link in your mail from your desktop browser (where you're log in) it will not work. Open it with your device.
