NEED HELP WITH DATA OF EXPATS HERE WITHIN THE UAE

Hey everyone. ive recently joined a financial company here in abu dhabi. i am originally from the UK but been in abu dhabi for now two weeks. im working as a business development manager. my role is to get data for expats especially from the UK and western european. this data must be names and mobile numbers. however i have no idea how to get these details. could anyone help me as the company dont help much and im worried cause its commision basis only that im going to run out of money. please help if you can. the company sells all different financial products. has anyone been in the same position as me as well.
