I'm currently teaching in KSA and the game plan was to gain the experience necessary to move to the UAE, preferable Dubai since I have family here.

What are the minimum requirements academies/recruiters are looking for? I'll only have a BA in Linguistics and a years experience heading in and the little I do find online seems to be asking for a pathway MA + 3x years experience, although some adverts recently dropping the bar to BA + Celta + 2 years.

Looking online it's really hard to find jobs in the city, unlike other areas in the GCC. Where do employers source their workers from? Is it word or mouth, or websites I haven't as yet come across?
