Hello I was wondering if anyone could help, my husband works in Saudi Arabia and myself and my sons are looking to visit. My sons are from a previous relationship so do not hold my married name. We have been told that they will not be granted a visa because the application will not be accepted because of the different names ?? Has anyone experienced this and is there a way around this.

The boys' birth certificate would confirm you are the mother. You can bring them along as your sons.
Hopefully this should sort out the visa for you all.
