Can work permit holder apply for permanent residence?

Hi

I am Malaysian, female with few years working experience in singapore. Currently I am working in a British listed franchise giant.

I am work permit holder since 2007. I have graduated from college in malaysia with a merit of Diploma of business administration.

I am intending to stay long in sg and interesting to get a PR status.

Hi..

Before going for P.R you need to apply for a Spass first.
If you have an education and have been working here for a few
years i see no reason MOM will reject your Spass application.

After two years as a Spass holder then you can try to apply for P.R
It took my Malaysian friend three time applying and finally he got it last month.
