Do you know a good opticians where they accept a BUPA medical insurance card?

Almost all of them do, however you can check with your HR to provide you a copy of coverage agreement which has list of all optics.

You can check about the coverage online through Bupa website http://www.bupa.com.sa/english/pages/default.aspx

Or you can 'Like' their FB/Twitter account and ask for it.
Or you may make a call at 800 116 0500 and ask them.
