Teaching while having full time job

Hi,

Is it possible to teach while you have full time job in Riyadh?
Does it depend on your employer if they are willing to allow this or it is totally not allowed as per Iqama rules even if your employer is OK with it?

As per rules you cannot do much here.

You can take tutions, if you can find students. Getting a job at a school is going to be tough, if not impossible. As per the rule you cant work under multiple management.

Actually I wanted to start course on PMP teaching. I am a certified PMP (Project Management Professional) so I thought I can contact some institute/university/college to start this course.
I have a full business proposal and can take this course from start to finish.

John is right. Working for someone else than your employer is a severe violation of the labor law. So, legally "NO"
