Teaching while having full time job

As per rules you cannot do much here.

You can take tutions, if you can find students. Getting a job at a school is going to be tough, if not impossible. As per the rule you cant work under multiple management.

Actually I wanted to start course on PMP teaching. I am a certified PMP (Project Management Professional) so I thought I can contact some institute/university/college to start this course.
I have a full business proposal and can take this course from start to finish.

John is right. Working for someone else than your employer is a severe violation of the labor law. So, legally "NO"
