Hello.
1000 usd per month is fine for one person in Kiev. But it is fine only for living. If you want to save some money, or you have kids, or you have to pay for airtickets every time by yourself, etc. then you will need to be wise spending money.

I have not heard about this company but this is just because I work in another sphere.
