Guys please help me out, I really do need it urgently.
I have been given a 2 year contract as a doctor in a private hospital but the work permit shows a validity of 6 months. Is that routine or is that odd. I really do need info fast as i am due to leave next week. PLZZZ help

Hi Goofy,
I think this is normal.
If my interpretation is correct, the 6 month validity of your work permit refer to the time frame which this permit / visa can be used to enter Bahrain for work.
Once you arrive to Bahrain and complete all the necessary immigration procedures; you will be issued a 2 years Residence Permit.
