Job change in Saudi arabia

Hi Gents,
We need your expert advise that one of my friend has been working with one of the local bank for last one year.Now he has an offer from another bank but he doesn't know if he can change his job and how. Kindly help him.

First step - Ask him to check his employment contract.

Thanks, he told me that he has one year contract and going to be finished by the end of this month.In contract nothing specifically mentioned but referred to the labour law of the state.

The contract was the first thing to check but as per the current law implementation, no one can change sponsorship to other sponsor till he completes 2 yrs for the current.
