My husband has been offered a job in China for 3/4 years. What sort of things do we have to think about when asking for a contract and compensation.

local contract or expatriate status ?
insurances (health, life, disability, pension)
taxes on your income
home
school (if you have children)
support for the spouse to find a job locally
