I am an MBA student at Laval University. I am doing a research on Global Workforce Mobility.
I would love for you guys to share with me some of our concerns, issues and problems as expatriates. Also, I would like to have some information on recruitment companies (problems or recommendations).
I want to know what is the process to follow to go on an international assigment (role of the home company and the role of the employee). Why did you choose to go on an international assigmentÉ
Finaly, the pro and cons of being an expatriates and the recommendations you may give to the comapany, recruiment agency and global workers to improve the quality of the all experience?

I will love to have answers, comments, questions and recommendations as soon as possible.
