How is your lives?.


My name is Devid. I have received a case from Mobily for not paying the amount. Maybe that is the caused why I can't update my Iqama in my SNB Quickpay application and a zero balance when I checked it through the SNB Quickpay ATM booth, but there is an amount when I checked it in my SNB Quickpay application.


In order to close the case, do I need to go to a court and settle it or to go to a Mobily office and pay the amount?.


Before the case was file on me, one of the Mobily staff of whom I approach to cut the internet connection. He said to me to pay the amount not through SADAD, nor to any Mobily offices neither to any Mobily staff, but to me only.
