Good Day

Myself and now husband are both south african citizens but live in Mauritius for work purposes. we got married in mauritius but want to get a divorce. is there anyway we could get divorced online in south africa from mauritius? we dont have children together and were married with separation of goods.

Hi hope you're doing well, you need to contact a lawyer in Mauritius so that the lawyer can liaise with a South African practicing lawyer to short out your issue. Best regards

She can start the processes online, but you will have to be in front of a judge in the supreme court.
