Hi i have got S pass at MNC company. mom has rejected my S pass due to salary issue (as per SAT).
My employer has Been appealed to get S pass and also written to MOM to Appeal.
Is it possible to get S pass Approv?
SAT salary must for S pass.
Last time drawn$ 2500k
Now my employer given $3400..
If you don't fulfill the minimum requirements shown by the SAT, you have no chance of getting the work pass. Sorry!
According to SAT salary eligible $ 3700 but my employer agree to provide $3400
Is it any issue to Appeal ?
