Renewal for an A card

Post new topic

efe952

I have an  A card which expired this January 2023 but I put in all the necessary documents I was asked for renewal in December before it expired.I was given an appointment to come collect my card on that same 31st January. But on getting there the commune said that my case is still on progress and they gave me an Annex 15. Should I be worried?

No, You should not. If you have Annex 15, then you are good. Just wait a bit. You will receive the card in a short while.

Do you know the processing time for getting Annex 46 once the Ecomonic Migration is approved?

My A card renewal was done in Jan and by mid Feb I received the Economic Migration approval.

I know I can get an Annex 49 from the city, but this does not allow me to travel outside Belgium (in case my RP expires)

Hello everyone. Please is it a problem when Annex 15 is not renewed on time? Because am surpose to renew mine on the 17th but the lady in charge in the commune is sick. So I have to wait till she is back. We that disturb my working contract?
