@masstonsils0e You would get annex 49 till you get the new card. Many expats have the same problem. Welcome to the bureaucratic difficulties of Belgium. The best thing is to talk to your commune and submit it a bit early the next time. Read More

As a dependent, you dont require a single permit for working. But if the company insists on getting work permit for you, then it will take the same time as it took your wife to get her visa. (3 month approx). Read More

If your residence card is expiring and a new work permit application is underway, you can communicate it with your commune and they will give you annex 19 which will be valid till your new RP is approved. Read More
