2 years back I got job and applied for S pass but it got rejected stating that ‘Candidate has an adverse record'. I assume this problem is due to a mismatch in my dob in one of my id card which I was unaware while visiting Singapore as a tourist. This was before during my first visit and they denied my entry to SG. During 2nd visit I cleared the id card issue and got the tourist visa and after that only I got the job but mom rejected my pass,Kindly advice me on this.
An adverse record is something you did wrong.
I doubt that an already cleared information mismatch can cause an adverse record.
