I have a working visa from a consultancy office as office assistant which I buy the visa,also applies for a new cr formation on going for vacation this person cancel the work visa.
Would like to know the process to take getting another visa or still through my cr it will be granted

You can only get the visa from the CR when it is active and enabled in LMRA EMS system. Again company formation thread here:
