Apply for PR in Belgium if u employed by India org

Prashant Gavhane

Guys,

I have been employed in Belgium by an Indian company and like everyone else I pay COC and not Social Security. Any idea if I can apply for PR or type B card after completing 5 yrs in the same org without paying Social Security.

I heard there was a recent change in the rule to apply PR or type B. Does anyone know about this or have a similar situation?

This has been changed. I think you cannot obtain the PR anymore unless you pay full social security as a local.

Is there a way I can pay voluntarily or a one time payment for 18 months during the application for PR?
