Regrading the visa denied

I have applied for student visa for master degree in architectural engineering in belgium.
the immigration had denied my visa.
So could you please help me what to do.
the academic session starts from 18 sept 2017.
last date of registration is 10 oct 2017.

99% of the time, visas are rejected because the record has been badly filled. So contact the relevant services and ask for explanations.

Is it possible to re appeal the decision or not do you have any idea

It's always possible to re appeal. But so long you don't know why the application was rejected, it's useless to proceed once again..
