Birth certificate issue for nationality

I am an Indian national planning to apply for Belgian citizenship in the future, but I have a discrepancy with my documents. My original birth certificate from my home country only lists a partial name, while my passport and all other official records show my full name.

I reached out to the local issuing authority in my home country to get the birth certificate updated, but they informed me it isn't possible. I’ve never had an issue with this discrepancy until now. Has anyone dealt with this before? What are my options or workarounds for the citizenship application?
