Name mismatch in Indian Birth certificate

I am applying for Belgian citizenship soon and have a question about a name mismatch on my birth certificate.


My birth certificate shows "First Name + Father's Name + Surname," but my Indian passport and Belgian residence card only show "First Name + Last Name."


I have already obtained a "One and the Same Person" certificate from the Indian Embassy. Has anyone faced this exact situation? Did your commune accept the application, and did you successfully get your citizenship approved?

Yes, One and same from Indian embassy is sufficient to prove your name on your passport and ID are one and same.
