Power outage in my apartment

Hi all,

Although I don’t know the reason, the power in my apartment turned off. I also checked my neighbours suspecting that the power outage was for the entire building. But it was in my apartment only. Going to the basement, I checked the electricity reader and it’s not even rotating. I tried to turn off & on once. Nothing have changed. What can I do? Thanks!

Check the circuit breakers. See all are in the upward (ON) position. if it is the case, turn off the main(bigger) circuit breaker OFF and then ON. see if that helps.
